Partner Desk Representative
Job Type: Full or Part Time
Salary: $16 Hourly Commission
Shift Availability: Day, Night, or Weekend. 40 hours per week.

Summary and Qualifications:
Our customer service team is a pillar of the entire organization’s effort to increase our customer’s satisfaction. We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken Client Support Specialist to answer & make phone calls to assist customers with booking their appointment in the CRM while promoting multiple TurnPoint brands services through having a general understanding of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing services.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Respond to request for service generated by third party partnerships and marketing efforts.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text message.
- Stay compliant in all Partner Portals by updating routinely
- Watch Call Center email and respond to scheduling requests with urgency.
- Answer customer questions and provide basic service information.
- Make outbound calls or send text messages to schedule service calls.
- Sell private service memberships.
- Follow scripting to provide consistent experience for customers.
- Cross-promote various trade services to customers
- Answer inbound calls in Partner Desk queue.
- Complete additional duties and/or responsibilities assigned by supervisor or manager.
Skills you bring for success:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- 2 years call center, customer service, sales, or appointment setting.
- Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or construction a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail with problem solving capabilities.
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve target goals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of computers, keyboards, software, and handheld devices (tablets and applications)
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by Call Center Leadership.
