Duties
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Assist clients in navigating our services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions with diverse clientele
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions or upgrades
- Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions
- Receiving garments and accurately tag, inspect, and enter orders into the system.
- Assemble completed orders and ensure garments are retuned accurately
- Help maintain a clean and organized front counter and laundry mat area
Requirements
- Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—along with active listening abilities
- Strong analysis skills to understand customer issues quickly and provide effective resolutions
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

- Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
