We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing assistance with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone systems.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and calendar management.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Provide administrative support by proofreading documents, managing email correspondence, and assisting with office management tasks.
- Ensure a high level of customer support by addressing member concerns and questions with professionalism.
- Assist in organizing member events or activities as required.
- Monthly Newsletter publishing and Powerpoint presentations.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite a must.
- Experience with Quickbooks preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with members.
