POSITION SUMMARY
The Line Cook / Prep Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role supports daily kitchen operations, maintains cleanliness and organization, and ensures all food meets club standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and organize daily prep and workstation setup
- Cook and present menu items according to club standards
- Maintain proper portioning, plating, and food quality
- Follow recipes and instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Assist with preparation of sauces, dressings, soups, and other kitchen items
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and tools
- Communicate with kitchen leadership regarding product needs or quality concerns
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Assist with daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities
- REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
