Pay: Up to $80k, plus full benefits package
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Assisted Living
Location: Bloomington, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8a-5p, rotating on call
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Wellness Director will be responsible for:
- Supervising, developing, and scheduling the resident services staff
- Provide activities of daily living assistance to the residents as needed
- Provide training and orientation to new assisted living staff members and ongoing training to current staff members
- Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and establish appropriate service plans
- Schedule and supervise staff; available to cover staffing when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a current and active State license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical
- Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably Senior living leadership
- CPR Certification
