Talent Development Coordinator (Contract → Full-Time Path)

Favored is the TikTok Shop agency that makes shoppable video feel like magic. We mix creator vibes, sharp data, and retail instincts to drive huge sales for beauty & lifestyle brands.
Help us turn future livestream legends into selling superstars. You’ll join as a contractor (think: paid trial run), dive into every corner of the business, and, if you’re crushing it, roll into a full-time role with benefits and career growth.
What You’ll Tackle
- Scout & Sign Hosts, sourcing new talent from TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and talent platforms.
- Oversee a process that takes newly-signed talent to high-performing hosts, e.g.
- Onboard & Hand-Hold: Walk new hosts through finance forms, FAQs, and first-day jitters until they’re flying solo.
- Host Training: We’ll train you to lead Host training sessions, focusing camera presence, product education, storytelling, sales tactics, platform basics.
- Performance assessments: review host’s shows with a critical eye to assess KPIs (e.g. views, AOV, audience and brand connection) and track teachable moments for hosts.
- Data Deep-Dive: Turn raw numbers into “aha!” insights that can level-up each host’s performance.
- In-Person Support: Be side-stage with real-time notes, high-fives, and emergency snack runs.
- Host Hangouts: Plan quarterly workshops / mixers that build skills and spirit.

- Are a recent grad or early-career hustler who lives on social video loves shopping
- Can manage multiple priorities at once and keep our sourcing and training documents consistently up to date, no reminders needed.
- Know how to coach peers in a work setting. Maybe you trained new retail associates, led onboarding for interns, or served as the go-to mentor on a campus media team, and you get a kick out of watching people level up.
- Speak “TikTok Commerce” (or learn fast)
- Thrive face-to-face: you’re the friend who rallies everyone before a big night out.
- Can come into our Culver City, CA studio for shoots with schedules planned in advance so you still have a life (occasional nights/weekends, balanced as best we can).
- Extra kudos for any beauty-brand and e-commerce experience
Reporting: You’ll report directly to our Head of Livestream Shopping
The Details
- Type: 3-month contract, 30–40 hrs/week.
- Pay: $25–$32/hr performance bonuses while contracting.
- Move up to full time based on results
