Role Description

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to drive growth, optimize shop performance, and scale GMV for our clients across TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day management of client storefronts—overseeing product strategy, promotions, merchandising, and operational excellence.


You’re equal parts operator and strategist: comfortable digging into data, building growth plans, and executing across multiple levers (content, creators, paid media, merchandising and marketing) to drive revenue. You’ll partner closely with clients and internal teams to ensure every part of the e-commerce funnel is optimized for performance


What You'll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end TikTok Shop management across multiple client accounts, ensuring strong shop health, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
  • Drive GMV growth through merchandising, marketing strategy, and product lifecycle management.
  • Plan and execute marketing calendars including platform native promotional tools and monthly campaign events.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Creator/Affiliate, and Content teams to align on full-funnel strategies that drive conversion and revenue.
  • Analyze shop performance across key metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV, traffic, product performance) and identify actionable opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize product detail pages, pricing, and assortment to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Manage product catalog, inventory coordination, and ensure products are properly set up for campaigns, affiliates, and ads.
  • Partner with creators and affiliate teams to ensure top products are prioritized and scaled effectively.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and provide regular insights to clients on performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok Shop features, platform updates, and emerging social commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as a key client partner—leading performance conversations, presenting strategies, and driving alignment on growth initiatives.


What You Bring to the Team

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or social commerce (agency or brand side).
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop or similar marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, etc.), with a strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through marketing, merchandising, and product strategy.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working in dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reporting tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with paid media, content, and creator/affiliate teams.
  • Deep understanding of conversion drivers including PDP optimization, pricing strategy, content output/strategy, and promotional mechanics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward action and testing.
  • Passion for social commerce, TikTok, and the evolving creator economy.


Location Requirement

Must be local to either Los Angeles or New York City and able to work in a hybrid environment. Favored HQ is in Los Angeles, with an additional office in New York City.
