Role Description
- Monitor daily activities on-site and compile reports on progress, compliance and obstacles;
- Inspect completed and in-progress work for safety, compliance and conforming to material specifications;
- Enforce safety and legal regulations to ensure a safe job site;
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and staff to ensure adherence to scheduled, plans and specifications;
Qualifications
- Must have previously worked on residential high-end build homes.
- Ability to work on-site daily in Jacksonville Beach, FL and surrounding area.
