Job Summary:
The personal assistant is responsible for assisting the ownership family (multi-generational) primarily with their work in the context of Faust Distributing Company and Squirrel Creek ranch but will include various personal administrative duties as well.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and overall calendar management
- Assisting with personal financial transactions and account management.
- Assisting with answering emails, screening phone calls, and handling correspondence.
- Oversee QuickBooks accounting for Squirrel Creek Ranch.
- Arranging flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Oversee event planning/ Conference rooms/ Executive Team calendars.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations, as well as organizing files and data.
- Oversee social media for Faust Distributing.
- Special projects and additional duties as requested.

- Must be able to properly handle confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of previous administrated assistance experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Strength to lift to twenty-five pounds.
- Typically spends 80% of the time in a sitting position.
