Primary duties include, but not limited to;

- Assess new construction, re property changes, and revaluations during reassessment
- Calculates and processes special tax programs
- Assists the public on real estate matters
- Assists with maintaining and calculating statistical data
- Extensive field work and site visits to verify all system data
- Conducts all appraisals and assessment using International Association of Assessing Officers
