Fathom’s extensive certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 Design, ISO 13485:2016, AS9100:2016, NIST 800-171 and ITAR.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Apply masking materials to metal parts according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications.Prepare parts for painting by ensuring proper cleaning and surface treatment.Inspect parts to ensure quality and adherence to customer and company standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.Reviews each work order prior to beginning work.Completes all preparation processes for parts according to internal and external specifications.Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Assists with upholding department 5S standards throughout the day and at the end of shift.Follows paperwork flow, QA, Shop Floor, and safety policies and procedures.Attendance is a critical component of position: punctual, regular and predictable.Maintains neat, legible handwriting.Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.What we offer: Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
