What You'll Be Doing:As a Line Cook at FatBoys Kitchen, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality and taste. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensuring food has a nice presentation and consistently tastes the same.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our commitment to quality.
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook with:
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen cooking savory food (frying chicken, seafood, cooking fresh vegetables, baking mac-n-cheese, grilling burgers)
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
