Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes and improving existing recipes based on customer feedback.
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices at all times.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours, ensuring timely meal preparation and efficient workflow.
- Handle food with care, utilizing knife skills and proper techniques to prepare meats, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Contribute to a clean, organized work environment by cleaning work stations, utensils, and equipment regularly.

Experience
- Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining environments.
