Fat Fish in West Valley is now hiring Sushi Apprentices
We are looking for hard working individuals with a love and passion for Sushi & Asian cuisine. Experience is a big plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi
- Manage food prep activities, like cooking rice
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift
Skills
- Good knife skill.
- Ability to work both fast and accurately
- Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings
- Work experience as a Sushi Chef or at an Asian restaurant is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
