Duties
- Deal casino table games such as Blackjack, Craps, and other popular games with accuracy and professionalism
- Enforce casino game integrity rules to ensure fair play at all times
- No handling of cash, only play money chips.
- Provide exceptional guest services by engaging with players, explaining game rules, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage table accessories like chips, cards, and betting tokens efficiently during gameplay
- Monitor game activities closely to detect conflicts or irregularities, resolving issues swiftly through effective conflict management
Experience
- Previous experience working as a dealer in a casino environment or related gaming experience is not needed.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
- Solid mathematical aptitude with basic numeracy skills for quick calculations during gameplay
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during fast-paced gaming sessions
