Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process cash, credit card, and retail transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and register operations
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service counters in accordance with food safety standards
• Support food safety management by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and cleaning schedules
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with bussing tables to uphold a tidy environment
• Manage customer orders promptly and ensure accurate delivery of food service transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quick service during busy periods and uphold high standards of hospitality

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; retail or café experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle cash register operations accurately and process transactions efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with food preparation when necessary
• Food industry experience including serving, bussing, or cashiering is desirable
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
