- The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting Lead Development Managers in delivery of new generation projects.
- These activities may include status reporting, scheduling, maintaining risks/issues/changes, running meetings, taking notes at meetings, filling in for the Development Manager when required, etc.
- General knowledge of project management and familiarity with the project management lifecycle process.
- Proficient in MS office tools, especially excel, word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Other platform experience that would be a plus includes Unifier, ProjectWise, and PowerBI.
- Project coordinators must be well-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to multitask, and attention to detail and a patient demeanor are also important.
- Work is usually done in an office environment, though some travel may occasionally be required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
