Job Overview
We are a fast-paced, high-volume sign shop seeking a sharp multi-tasker to keep our front desk and production floor moving. In this dynamic role, you will balance customer service with the careful handling, packing, and shipping of our custom signage products.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in clients, handle phone inquiries, and take basic sign orders.
- Quality-check, wrap, and securely crate finished signs for safe transport.
- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate daily pickups with FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
- Receive large material shipments like acrylic sheets, aluminum blanks, and vinyl rolls.
- Track inventory of packing supplies to prevent delays on time-sensitive jobs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and lift bulky sign packages up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient computer skills for handling shipping software and point-of-sale systems.
- Sharp eye for detail to spot order mistakes before items leave the building.
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple walk-ins and phone calls.
