Compensation & Benefits
- $35 to $38 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans that prioritize safety, inclusivity, and organizational cohesion.
- Contribute to strategic roadmaps and business case development for major initiatives, emphasizing shared goals across all departments.
- Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from initiation through delivery, incorporating best practices in safety management and team collaboration.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with “One Organization” principles.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, work plans, risk registers, etc.), including safety considerations and crossdepartmental inputs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, functional teams, and executive stakeholders, encouraging open communication and mutual support.
- Facilitate decisionmaking and resolve crossfunctional conflicts by fostering a culture of respect and shared responsibility.
- Track and report on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to PMO leadership and steering committees, incorporating health, safety, and organizational alignment metrics.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure both project success and collaborative impact.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, safety enhancement, and optimization within the PMO framework.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, tools, and templates, emphasizing teamwork, safety, and mutual accountability.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to drive sustainable outcomes, with a focus on safety and organizational wellbeing.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or FMEA.
- Partner with departmental leadership to ensure organizational readiness and adoption, prioritizing safety, transparency, and employee support.
- Support communication plans, stakeholder training, and change impact assessments that highlight the importance of a unified approach and a safe work environment.
- Coach and support team members in project methodology, continuous improvement practices, and safety leadership.
- Provide oneonone and group coaching to project leads and team members on project management principles, tools, templates, and safety protocols.
- Facilitate training sessions or workshops on project planning, stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and organizational safety.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business, or a related field is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- At least 4 years of proven project management experience.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green belt or higher) or equivalent experience in process improvement.
