EMPLOYMENT STATUS & WORK HOURS

Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Installers bring signs and graphics to life—climbing ladders, running equipment, and solving problems on the fly to make sure every project looks amazing and is safely built. If you love variety, teamwork, and seeing the results of your hard work standing tall in the community (sometimes across the country), this is the role for you.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $25 to $32 per hour (depending on experience)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Install, maintain, and repair signs, displays, and related structures.
• Operate equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, forklifts, and light power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding installation status and needs.
• Work both independently and in a team to complete projects on time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition.
• Perform troubleshooting and problemsolving for installation issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Understanding of electrical wiring and lighting (preferred for illuminated signs).
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and complete onthejob training.
• Compliance with company and industry safety regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, preferred or willingness to become certified.
• Forklift, MEWP, and Bucket Truck certifications, preferred.
• 02 years of applicable experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or climbing ladders.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Flexibility to lean over waisthigh tables and load/remove substrates.

Regularly required to talk or hear; frequent use of hands, fingers, tools, and controls.

• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Noise level may vary from moderate to high depending on equipment and location.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

• Travel may involve overnight stays up to 60% of the time.
• Must be willing and able to spend extended periods away from primary work location.
