Position Summary

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who loves connecting the right products with the right customers through smart storytelling, timing, and promotion. In this role, you’ll own the eCommerce catalog rhythm and ensure that what we feature online supports our broader marketing campaigns and brand story.

You’ll balance creative content, performance analytics, and operational execution—maintaining and optimizing product listings, coordinating promotions, and partnering with the broader marketing and operations teams. Your work will directly impact product engagement, email performance, and online sales.

If you enjoy switching between creative writing, data review, and cross-functional coordination, this role will give you plenty of chances to shine.

Compensation & Benefits

• $33 to $38 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do

• Maintain and optimize product listings, imagery, and categories within eCommerce platforms.
• Develop and send weekly product emails aligned with brand messaging and Story Brand principles.
• Coordinate promotional timing, content, and visuals with the Integrated Campaign Manager and Visual Creative.
• Monitor product and email performance metrics, reporting engagement and conversion insights to leadership.
• Ensure catalog updates and promotions align with broader marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with operations, creative, and sales teams to maintain consistency and impact.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, eCommerce management, or digital merchandising.
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent systems.
• Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, and Google Analytics for campaign tracking and reporting.
• Strong copywriting skills for product storytelling and promotional content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working in a B2B or multilocation organization.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• An analytical mindset paired with creative problemsolving ability.

Travel Requirements

• Requires up to 10% travel for meetings, training, or crosslocation collaboration.
