- Manufacturer-trained and/or ASE Certified with a proven record of accomplishment of excellence in vehicle repair and customer service.
- Proficient in productivity standards based on flag hour principles, with a focus on operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information to customers clearly and understandably.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to mentoring and developing apprentice and junior technicians.
