Position Overview:
FASTEST LABS OF HOOKSETT & ROCHESTER - We’re seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Clinic Technicians (Non-Medical) for a dual-role position that combines administrative duties with hands-on clinical testing responsibilities. If you’re energetic, quick to learn, and committed to excellent customer service, we provide all required training and certifications.
This part-time role is ideal for individuals who can work 1-4 days a week between the hours of Monday–Friday, 8:15AM–5PM. This position will work at both the Hooksett and Rochester locations.
Please note: We will not be scheduling interviews until the week of August 17th at the earliest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, follow scripts, and schedule testing appointments
- Perform DOT and non-DOT specimen collections (urine, saliva, hair, fingernail, DNA, alcohol)
- Maintain proper chain of custody, packaging, and courier procedures
- Collect and record client payments
- Report test results accurately according to client protocols
- Monitor, track, and restock testing supplies
- Follow up on service leads and conduct outbound sales calls
- Contribute to a positive, team-centered workplace
- Assist with office organization and cleanliness (reception testing areas)
- Perform general office tasks and any additional duties as assigned
Role Summary:
As a Non-Medical Clinic Technician, you play a key role in ensuring accurate and professional drug testing services. You’ll obtain samples for both on-site rapid tests and laboratory testing. This position may require same gender observed or supervised collections.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling biological specimens (PPE provided)
- Able to lift 35 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, stooping, standing)
- Microsoft Office skills (data entry, email, file management)
- Must pass a background check
- Drug-free workplace (drug testing required)
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens, as this position supports work under federal contracts
Must obtain the following within required timeframes (if not already certified):
- DOT Urine Specimen Collector Certification (within 2 weeks of hire)
- DOT EBT Certification (within 2 weeks of hire)
- Hair/DNA Collection Training Certificate (within 30 days of hire)
