Soldering Associate
$23-$26
1st Shift
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (10% shift differential)
Salem, NH
Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering with minimal supervision.
- Support PCBA assembly, rework, and troubleshooting of moderate complexity.
- Conduct inspections, identify defects, and correct issues independently.
- Maintain production records, quality logs, and ensure adherence to build documentation.
- Assist Hand Solderer I team members with guidance and informal training.
- Participate in rework processes, including hot air soldering and minor rework.
- Follow all safety, and company quality procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of hand soldering experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification preferred.
