- Support weekend setup and party execution under the Events Director’s guidance, working alongside the Weekend Operations Manager and Party Captain, who direct on-site staff.
- Help with setup, transitions, resets, and last-minute logistics; flag changes needing the Director’s decision.
- Track family, vendor, and team follow-ups through completion; gather feedback, route post-event questions, and improve checklists.

- Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple events, locations, schedules, and deadlines.
- Clear, warm communication with families, vendors, and colleagues.

- Initiative, resourcefulness, and dependable follow-through, with judgment about when to act and when to ask for guidance.
- Comfort using Google Workspace, shared checklists, and booking or registration systems.
- Interest in creative party preparation and positive experiences for children; experience with decorating or making event materials is a plus.
How You'll Succeed at Fastbreak
- Learn the Director’s process and help the weekend team deliver the event each family expects.
- Keep event records and inventory accurate, anticipate missing details, and communicate changes early.
- Take on more responsibility as you learn, with the opportunity to advance into an Events Coordinator role once fully trained and ready to coordinate assigned events more independently under the Events Director’s leadership.
