Overview
Fast Track Renovations is looking for a dependable, hands-on Renovation Team Member to help turn residential properties into quality, move-in-ready homes for our investor clients. We focus on well-executed renovations, professional workmanship, and completing projects efficiently without cutting corners.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of construction or residential renovation experience, with general construction knowledge and hands-on proficiency in basic framing, drywall installation and repair, painting, and carpentry. You should be comfortable using common construction tools, completing assigned tasks with attention to detail, and working alongside a team through different phases of a renovation.
Daily responsibilities include assisting with demolition and preparation, completing renovation work under the team lead’s direction, and keeping the jobsite clean, organized, and safe. We are looking for someone who shows up consistently, communicates clearly, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn and strengthen their skills.
Pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, demonstrated skills, and the ability to complete quality work with minimal supervision.
