Director of Operations — Fast Threads
Fast Threads is a multi-location apparel and promotional products company based in southwest Minnesota. We are growing quickly and are looking for a strong operational leader to bring structure, accountability, and execution to the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work directly with the owner and take responsibility for making the company run smoothly across sales, production, and store operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Running weekly leadership meetings and ensuring follow-through
- Creating accountability across sales, production, and store teams
- Managing key leaders across multiple locations
- Bringing structure and consistency to daily operations
- Improving sales performance through visibility and accountability
- Stabilizing and improving underperforming locations
- Turning ideas into executed, completed initiatives
Technology & Systems Expectations:
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, and operational software
- Able to learn and adopt new tools quickly, including AI-based tools
- Willing to integrate technology into daily operations to improve efficiency
- Not required to be a technical expert, but must be capable, curious, and adaptable

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
