Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed data specifications, mappings, and flow diagrams
- Review and optimize existing data integrations and transformation logic
- Document end-to-end data supply chain processes and data movement patterns
- Support data governance activities, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and data quality
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and system impact assessments
- Facilitate project planning, impact analysis, and delivery support
- Assist with regulatory compliance, audit documentation, and metadata management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 8 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data management
- Proven ability to support enterprise-scale data initiatives
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Familiarity with data governance, data lineage, and metadata management tools
- Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly GCP and BigQuery
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience supporting data governance or analytics programs
- Industry experience in financial services or banking
- Hands-on experience with Alation Data Catalog
- Knowledge of Ab Initio data flows and integrations
- Agile delivery experience
