Required Skills:
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program or military equivalent
- Certification is mandatory; must be certified if graduated after 01/01/2008
- Ability to scrub all levels of surgical procedures
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Capable of performing under pressure in high-stakes environments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous OR experience in a hospital setting
- Bilingual abilities to improve patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Surgical Technology certification or eligibility to obtain certification within 12 months of hire
- Prior experience in surgical support is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to take calls, including weekends
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
