Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and warmly welcome visitors both in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Maintain a polished appearance by adhering to the corporate dress code and grooming standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with top-notch telephone etiquette and hospitality.
- Assist walk-in clients by connecting them with the appropriate service representatives or managers on site.
- Register all incoming visitors, issue Access Control ID badges, and update records efficiently.
- Facilitate temporary ID badges for employees or contractors, and correctly input profiles into the Genetec Enterprise Security System.
- Provide support with administrative tasks as needed, including organizing the reception area and assisting with various office duties.
- Monitor the security system, check building entrance operations, and report any issues to facilities promptly.
- Manage deliveries (USPS, FedEx, UPS), coordinate food services, and support emergency procedures including annual evacuation drills.
- Support additional building-related tasks such as reporting maintenance issues and aiding with access control.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistently.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.
