Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized personal care and support based on established care plans
• Assist patients with mobility and activities of daily living, promoting independence and well-being
• Offer light household support, including meal preparation, to enhance patients' comfort and quality of life
• Communicate empathetically and respectfully with patients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to the highest ethical standards

Requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts CNA certification (approved by the MA Dept. of Public Health and compliant with U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services standards)
• A warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude, with a genuine respect for patient and family confidentiality
• Possession of a reliable, insured driver's license and a vehicle for transportation (if applicable)
