Job Summary:

As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the point of sale. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of electronics sales and jewelry sales is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area
