What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
- Recommend repairs, system upgrades, and indoor air quality improvements when appropriate
- Complete accurate documentation using our field software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit
- Participate in ongoing technical and sales training
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
