What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every service call
• Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification required
• Texas HVAC Registration or License preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated to maximize earnings through performance

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Rotating on-call schedule (approximately once per month)
• Optional overtime and weekend opportunities available
