We're looking for a dependable, motivated Print Shop Apprentice to join our production team.

No printing experience is required.

We'll teach you the equipment, the processes, and the trade. What we can't teach is reliability, accountability, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Print Shop Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced production professionals while learning every stage of our production process. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily print production and finishing operations.
• Learn to operate digital presses, copiers, cutters, laminators, folders, bindery equipment, and other production machinery.
• Produce accurate, high-quality printed materials while following established production and quality standards.
• Prepare completed jobs for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
• Assist with local deliveries using a company vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Communicate production issues, supply needs, or equipment concerns to the Shop Manager.
• Support the production team wherever needed to help meet customer deadlines.

No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be producing business cards and brochures. The next may involve banners, booklets, invitations, signage, mailings, or specialty finishing projects.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record with the ability to be insured under company insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods while working in a production environment
• Comfortable working around production equipment and following established safety procedures

Experience

Previous print experience is not required.

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, construction, automotive, retail, landscaping, military service, or other hands-on environments is welcomed, but we're willing to train the right person regardless of background.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• Typical business hours are 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Occasional schedule adjustments may be necessary based on production needs

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00 per hour
