We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become the first point of contact for our customers.
This position is much more than answering phones.
You'll help customers determine what they need, prepare estimates, coordinate orders with production, and ensure every project is set up for success. You'll play a critical role in delivering the level of customer service our reputation has been built on for more than five decades.
No printing experience is required.
We'll teach you our products, pricing, software, and workflow. What we can't teach is a positive attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary connection between our customers and our production team.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Respond to customer inquiries and answer questions about products and services.
- Prepare accurate estimates using established pricing methods.
- Collect the information needed to ensure jobs are production-ready.
- Create work orders and coordinate projects with the production team.
- Communicate with customers regarding proofs, job status, pickup, and delivery.
- Process invoices and customer payments.
- Maintain organized customer records and job documentation.
- Help ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Every customer and every project is different. You'll work with everything from business cards and brochures to banners, invitations, signage, direct mail, and specialty printing projects.

- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the production team
Experience
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, office administration, reception, call centers, or other customer-facing roles is welcomed. We're willing to train the right person regardless of industry background.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- Typical business hours are 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
No evenings. No weekends.
