Job Summary:
As a Hospitality/Cashier team member at Dairy Queen, your role is to provide exceptional customer service, handle orders, and process payments. You will ensure a clean, friendly environment while working efficiently with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a welcoming attitude.
- Take and assemble accurate food and drink orders.
- Process cash, credit, and other payments using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Restrooms, dining area and front counter.
- Assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
