Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Attendant to help create a welcoming, safe, and high-quality experience for every guest and promoting our services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wellness, takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, and provides outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Educate and guide guests on use of equipment and services (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all studio areas
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Sell memberships, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience and studio revenue
- Provide clear communication via phone etiquette for inquiries or booking assistance
- Greet and check in clients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Educate guests on safe use of cold plunge and sauna (training provided)
- Monitor water quality, temperatures, and overall safety of equipment
- Launder and fold towels, clean and set up rooms, and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling, memberships, and retail purchases
- Restock merchandise, ensure proper merchandising, and manage inventory levels
- Ensure a calm, relaxing environment for all guests
