Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday (4:30pm-3:00am)
Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
-Oversee a team of warehouse workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient operations.
-Provide training and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock count and minimizing discrepancies.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain data integrity.
- Operational Coordination
-Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective communication.
- Implement and optimize processes to enhance productivity and accuracy within the warehouse.
- Safety & Compliance
-Enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Performance Monitoring
-Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
-Report on performance metrics to leadership and suggest improvements to drive overall operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Typically requires 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management systems, excellent organization skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Work Environment
-Fast-paced warehouse setting with physical demands, including lifting and moving heavy items.
-Exposure to varying temperatures.
-8-12 hours shifts depending on the operational demand.
