Website & Social Media Content Manager (Part-Time / Contract)

Overview

We are looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented individual to manage our website inventory updates and create engaging social media content. This role will ensure our website and social platforms accurately reflect current inventory and promote our brand in a consistent, professional way.

Responsibilities

Website Management

• Update website inventory by adding and removing product listings as inventory changes
• Upload, organize, and optimize product photos for web use
• Ensure pricing, descriptions, and visuals are accurate and up to date
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing website layout
• Coordinate with our team to stay informed on inventory changes

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.)
• Photograph and/or edit images and videos of inventory, promotions, and events
• Write engaging captions aligned with our brand voice
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as needed
• Help grow brand awareness and drive traffic to our website

Qualifications

• Experience managing website content (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Basic graphic design and photo editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable communication and responsiveness

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience in retail, automotive, or inventory-based businesses
• Photography or videography experience
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools

• Part-time or contract position
• Flexible hours
• Compensation based on experience
