- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen surfaces, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting them for incoming guests.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and promote menu items.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to operate a slicer!
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to help others as part of a team-oriented culture.
- Basic cash handling skills are an advantage but can be learned on the job.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
