Overview
Jewelry or watch industry experience is strongly preferred.
Experienced candidates may qualify for higher starting pay.
For over 25 years, the Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs® shop in Tyson's Corner Center has provided premium jewelry and watch repair services to the area. It is staffed with some of the industry's best jewelers, watchmakers, and watch repair professionals.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience,
plus commission and performance incentives after the training period.
Responsibilities
- Intake and assess jewelry/watches for repairs
- Communicate with customers
- Work with jewelers and watchmakers to provide estimates
- Measure items and enter detailed repair descriptions
- Coordinate repair deadlines
- Follow-up with customers regarding completed repairs and pickup
- Update repair tickets as needed
- Change watch batteries
- Adjust watch bands
- Take on additional responsibilities after training

Requirements
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Professional and dependable attitude
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to learn jewelry and watch terminology and pricing
- Good hand dexterity for basic watch and jewelry services
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Weekend availability required

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
