Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure that all items are presented beautifully before serving.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Buss tables and assist with cleaning duties to maintain a tidy dining environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Help maintain inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen team.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
