We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Manager to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping operations. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of landscape projects, ensuring the highest standards of groundskeeping, horticulture, and hardscaping are met. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, gardening, tree care, and groundskeeping to maintain pristine outdoor spaces.
- Lead hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features from planning through completion.
- Manage irrigation systems, including installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal water efficiency.
- Oversee crew management by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing training on equipment operation and safety procedures, and fostering team development.
- Operate company vehicles and grounds maintenance equipment safely to perform outdoor work efficiently across multiple sites.
- Conduct plant identification assessments to inform landscape design choices and ongoing maintenance strategies.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience 3-5 years in landscape maintenance, horticulture, lawn care, or groundskeeping with a strong understanding of plant identification and garden management.
- Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments.
- Hands-on experience operating irrigation systems along with grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools.
- Ability to lead crews effectively while maintaining a positive team environment focused on safety and quality.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in outdoor settings.
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities to coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on grounds maintenance and landscaping excellence.

Pay: $26.56 - $31.99 per hour
