Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Production Manager to lead our landscaping projects from start to finish. This energetic role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee crew management, ensure quality craftsmanship, and coordinate hardscaping and softscaping activities. Duties
- Schedule and supervise daily landscape production activities, including landscape installation and hardscaping construction projects
- Manage and coordinate crews to ensure efficient completion of projects on time and within scope
- Identify various plants, trees, and groundcover to ensure proper horticultural practices are followed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site and conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance
Skills
- Prior experience in landscape management
- Extensive outdoor work experience with knowledge of lawn care, horticulture, and
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse crews effectively
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, hardscape construction projects, and landscape installation techniques
- Ability to identify plants and trees accurately for proper care and maintenance
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and company vehicles
- Leadership qualities with a focus on safety, quality control, and client satisfaction

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
