What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist / Accounts Payable position at Fast Eddies Car Wash / Oil Change?
We are looking for 1 full-time person to help in our corporate office. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel, desirable. Must be able to multitask and self-motivate. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be required to answer phones, input of data, file, communicate with our field staff and may include reading surveillance videos. The ideal candidate will be able to help with multitude of office tasks and be a hard-working professional with a positive teamwork attitude and ability to be discretionary. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. An upbeat and personable candidate with excellent customer service skills is desired.
Wages are $18-$20 per hour will be negotiated based on experience. Healthcare is available. A 90 day probationary period will be instated. Negotiable rate increase after 90 days.
