Position overview
The Client support specialist provides comprehensive support to both healthcare providers and clients throughout their experience with Fasikl’s products.
You will assist with product education, troubleshooting, provider communication, documentation, order coordination, and ongoing support while ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers.
- Guide providers and clients through onboarding, device setup, and product education.
- Respond promptly to support inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Troubleshoot device, software, and connectivity issues while providing clear resolution steps.
- Support physicians, nurses, and clinical staff with product-related questions.
- Explain product features, documentation, requirements, and reimbursement-related processes.
- Coordinate product orders, replacements, warranty requests, and resupply activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions using support systems such as Zendesk and internal platforms.
- Monitor support cases and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
- Assist with provider education sessions, product demonstrations, and occasional provider visits.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, Billing, Engineering and Customer success teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify recurring trends, client feedback, and process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow established company workflows and quality standards.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical and clinical information in a simple, professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable learning new software platforms and technology quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Preferred
- Experience in Healthcare, medical devices, customer support, provider relations, patient services, or clinical coordination.
- Experience using CRM or support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Experience working with physicians, clinics, hospitals, or health care organizations.
- Knowledge of healthcare documentation and reimbursement workflows is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
