We’re looking for a Loss Prevention Operations (LPO) Associate to support our distribution center by maintaining the security, safety, and accountability of company assets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational compliance, maintaining safety standards, and supporting our overall mission to protect our people, property, and product.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and submit maintenance requests for all golf carts within the facility, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Issue parking passes to authorized employees and maintain up-to-date parking logs.
Monitor employees, vendors, vehicles, and equipment entering or exiting the facility to ensure compliance with company, federal, and state regulations.
Conduct weekly inspections and audits of radios, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
Secure all site keys in the Loss Prevention key box and conduct regular audits of key holders.
Audit all truck locks, keys, and seals used by the shipping department.
Inspect parking lots and site areas to maintain and replace signage as necessary.
Provide timely feedback to Loss Prevention leadership regarding incidents, escalations, or operational updates.
Perform daily inventory audits and other assigned tasks from LP leadership.
Communicate effectively with associates and leadership both verbally and in writing.
Serve as part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), providing first aid and support until emergency personnel arrive.
Education & Experience
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in loss prevention, safety, or security preferred.
Experience using CCTV systems or surveillance platforms strongly desired.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Ability to work varied shifts (including evenings, overnights, and weekends) as business needs require.
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, or retail distribution environments preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to handle changing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the Greater Los Angeles area (up to 25%).
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or walk for 8–12 hours per shift.
Able to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working near moving equipment and in varying warehouse conditions.
Salary : $20 - $22
