Responsibilities - Motorcycle Sales:
- Help customers select and purchase motorcycles.
Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day! - Greet customers and identify the motorcycle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are important
- Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features on test drives
- Guide customers through the sales process and ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
- Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Qualifications - Motorcycle Salespeople:
- Energetic with good sales, communication and customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule. We are closed every Sunday and Monday
- Willing to obtain a motorcycle license. We will help you do that!
- Good computer and social media skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Can lift 50 lbs. and is comfortable learning to move 800 pound Harley-Davidson motorcycles
