Farrow & Ball - Finance Analyst, Tri State
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Commercial Finance team as a Commercial Finance Analyst. We are offering this position on a full-time, permanent basis. Candidates should be based in the Tri-State region for regular in-person meetings with colleagues and stakeholders.

The role will work closely with the Commercial Finance Manager and the US leadership team and is focused on supporting and driving the US acceleration strategy through high-quality commercial insights and analysis, advanced financial modelling, enabling effective informed decision making and proactive recommendations that support the sustained profitable growth.
What we expect from you as a Commercial Finance Analyst:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the US leadership team NA President Sales as a trusted business partner
- Provide end‑to‑end financial insight, from revenue through profitability, to guide strategic initiatives and optimise commercial performance.
- Support the evaluation of marketing / cost investment to ensue investments are driving profitable growth
- Assist in evaluating growth initiatives through the development of KPIs, dashboard, trend analysis and reporting turning complex data into clear performance tracking
- Support the commercial team in developing sales budgets and forecasts, incorporating stress‑testing to identify and quantify key risks and opportunities
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and influence decision making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual work, and enhance data quality.
- Support cross functional project teams, providing strategic financial guidance, business case leadership, and KPI governance.
- Be a key member of the Finance and expanded US leadership and support teams
Key Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial Finance, FP&A, or business analysis.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and working with large datasets
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and build relationships in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
